Mia & Tom at Clarke Island and Pier One, Sydney

Enjoy this classic and elegant wedding hosted privately on Clarke Island.

It's a mix of digital and medium format film. The brief was to capture the day in a classic but raw style. The framing is simple and straightforward but it was shot with such a disregard for perfecting composition in favour of raw moments and expression.

You will notice Mia's relationship with her parents is special and evident through the morning, the boat ride and the reception. Tom is in awe of Mia and holds his emotions close to himself.

We had the idea of capturing the dancefloor with a 90's "gotcha" paparazzi style. The colour tone we chose to present these in was a crisp film look.
